Mr. Cheung Kwan is the President of the Century Insurance Group, AmeriTrust’s Excess and Surplus Lines companies. He is responsible for developing the business strategies and managing the day-to-day operations to enable Century to continue its profitable growth trajectory.

Mr. Kwan has 30 years of extensive experience with all aspects of insurance company operations. His background includes extensive reserving and pricing (including predictive modeling) expertise. In addition, he has had extensive experience working closely with Claims, IT, Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and Reinsurance, including the structuring of captives. He has excellent communication skills and has a proven track record of leadership, talent development, and strategic thinking.

Since joining Century Insurance in 2017, Mr. Kwan has grown Century’s top line by more than 100% organically, while significantly improving its profitability at the same time.

Mr. Kwan is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in Math and Psychology, and has been a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) since 1996.
